For better dashboard light bezels I turned to Herb Magister of Sigma Moulding in Ontario. Faced with the same issue and owning a factory manufacturing plastic automotive parts meant that he had produced some replacement holders that look identical but are made from softer nylon rather than the original ABS which gets brittle with age.
I kept the new coloured inners but junked the original ANSOR bezels for Herb’s nylon versions.
Next time I need to remove the dashboard I now have a fighting chance of removing the lamps without damage… And if not, Herb sent me two extras just in case… free of charge.
