The center console switches on Ferrari 308s were and still are made by Lucas. Not the best switches in the world, I’m sure any owner of a British vintage car will attest to that, but they were OEM and and are still available, so let’s count our blessings shall we.
The Ferrari switches have round plastic ears on them, while the modern Lucas switches seem to only come with a modern-style plastic covers. It’s an easy job to pull them off the switch and re-install the Ferrari ‘mouse ears,
